Taking cannabis with bisoprolol can cause your heart rate to drop too low or your blood pressure to fall unexpectedly. This can make you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or faint. Additionally, cannabis can increase the sedative effects of bisoprolol, making you feel very sleepy or uncoordinated.

Why this happens
Both substances can slow down the heart and lower blood pressure (additive effects). Cannabis can also interfere with how the liver processes certain medications, potentially changing the levels of bisoprolol in your bloodstream.
