There is no known interaction between 50mg of paracetamol and vedolizumab. However, both substances can affect the liver, and vedolizumab can affect your immune system's ability to fight infections.

Why this happens
Vedolizumab is a monoclonal antibody that works specifically in the gut, while paracetamol is processed by the liver. There are no known pathways where these two drugs interfere with each other's absorption or metabolism.
What you should do
