Can I take 6 and Superfoods together?

There is no known interaction between '6' (which is not a recognised medication) and superfoods. However, many 'superfoods' can interact with common medications. For example, grapefruit juice can change how the body processes many drugs, and leafy greens (like kale or spinach) can interfere with blood thinners like warfarin.
