There is no direct harmful interaction between A1 Cal D (calcium and vitamin D) and letrozole. In fact, these two are often prescribed together because letrozole can weaken bones, and calcium/vitamin D help to protect them.

Why this happens
Letrozole works by lowering oestrogen levels to treat breast cancer, but low oestrogen can lead to bone loss (osteoporosis). Calcium and Vitamin D (A1 Cal D) work independently to support bone density and do not interfere with how letrozole is absorbed or processed by the body.
What you should do
