Why this happens
Creatine is a supplement used for muscle energy, and propranolol is a beta-blocker used for heart conditions, anxiety, or migraines. They are processed by the body through different pathways and do not interfere with how the other is absorbed or broken down. However, high doses of creatine can put stress on the kidneys, and propranolol can occasionally affect kidney blood flow. Additionally, while propranolol lowers your heart rate, creatine can sometimes cause water retention, which might slightly affect blood pressure.
