Can I take Lenzetto spray and Microgram together?

Why this happens

Both medications contain oestrogen. Microgynon is a combined oral contraceptive pill (containing ethinylestradiol and levonorgestrel), while Lenzetto is a Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) spray (containing estradiol). Taking both increases the total amount of oestrogen in your body beyond the recommended dose for either condition.

You should not use both Microgynon and Lenzetto at the same time unless specifically instructed by a specialist. They are generally used for different purposes (contraception vs. menopause symptoms) and using both can cause hormonal imbalances.
