Can I take Magnesium and Omega -acid-ethyl esters together?

Why this happens

Magnesium and omega-3 fatty acids are processed by the body through different pathways. Magnesium is a mineral primarily absorbed in the intestines and excreted by the kidneys, while omega-3-acid ethyl esters are fats broken down by enzymes in the digestive system and liver. They do not interfere with each other's absorption or effectiveness.

You can take both supplements as part of your routine. To help with absorption and reduce the chance of an upset stomach or 'fishy' burps, it is often best to take them with a meal. Always follow the dosage instructions on the packaging or those provided by your healthcare professional.
