This vibrant orange and balsamic glazed salmon is a fantastic choice for a heart-healthy main course. The sharp sweetness of the balsamic vinegar pairs beautifully with the citrus notes, creating a rich glaze that elevates the natural oils of the fish. Fresh rosemary and garlic add a fragrant, savoury depth that makes this dish feel truly indulgent while remaining remarkably light.
Ideal for a quick midweek dinner or a sophisticated weekend lunch, these salmon steaks are best served alongside steamed seasonal greens or a crisp watercress salad. By marinating the fish for just under an hour, you ensure every bite is infused with bright flavours. This simple, protein-rich dish is an excellent way to incorporate more omega-3s into your diet without compromising on taste.
