These vibrant chicken pesto wraps offer a fresh and satisfying way to enjoy a high protein lunch. By combining succulent chicken breast with aromatic basil pesto and a crunchy medley of red pepper and carrots, you create a balanced meal that is full of savoury flavour. The earthiness of the whole wheat wrap pairs perfectly with the punchy herbs, making this a much more exciting alternative to a standard sandwich.
Ideal for busy weekdays or a post-workout refuel, this recipe is great for those who enjoy simple, homemade meal prep. The inclusion of fresh baby spinach adds a nutritious boost, while the raw vegetables provide a satisfying texture. These wraps are easily portable, so they are perfect for packing into a lunchbox for work or a weekend picnic in the park.
