This aromatic dry chimichurri rub brings the bold, herbaceous flavours of Argentina to your kitchen with minimal effort. A vibrant blend of dried oregano, basil, and parsley is balanced with the deep, smoky heat of pimentón and a hint of garlic. Unlike traditional wet sauces, this versatile seasoning is a low-sugar alternative that creates a wonderful crust on grilled meats, making it an essential cupboard staple for any barbecue enthusiast.
Perfect for prep-ahead cooking, this savoury spice mix can be stored for up to a month, ready to transform beef, chicken, or even roasted vegetables. It is particularly effective as a quick seasoning for midweek meals when you want maximum flavour without the fuss of chopping fresh herbs. Simply massage the rub into your chosen protein before cooking to enjoy a sophisticated, Mediterranean-inspired finish.
