BA Brad's Classic Tonic

This classic herbal tonic is a refreshing, botanical-infused drink that prioritises natural wellness. Combining the bright acidity of fresh lime with the earthy, aromatic notes of rosemary, tarragon, and mint, it offers a sophisticated flavour profile that is far more interesting than a standard soft drink. The addition of Swedish digestive bitters and unsweetened cranberry juice creates a pleasant tartness, making it an excellent palate cleanser or a restorative afternoon pick-me-up.

As a versatile vegan beverage, this tonic is packed with carefully selected extracts including black elderberry, ginseng, and echinacea. It is a fantastic option for those seeking a healthful, sugar-free alternative to traditional cordials or fizzy drinks. Simply prepare a large jug to keep in the fridge, ensuring you have a cooling and revitalising drink ready whenever you need a botanical boost.
