This vibrant vegan energy shake is the perfect way to kickstart your morning or refuel after a workout. Combining the bright, citrus notes of fresh orange juice with the natural sweetness of Medjool dates and banana, it offers a balanced flavour profile that masks the earthy kale beautifully. The addition of kiwi provides a zesty tang and a boost of vitamin C, making this a refreshing alternative to heavier breakfast options.
As a nutrient-dense beverage, this green shake is packed with fibre and antioxidants to keep you feeling satisfied. For a thicker, more indulgent texture, try freezing your banana pieces before blending; this creates a chilled, creamy consistency similar to a smoothie bowl. It is a quick, plant-based solution for busy weekdays when you need a healthy, homemade energy boost on the go.
