This refreshing pineapple, rocket and macadamia nut smoothie offers a sophisticated twist on your daily green drink. The natural sweetness of fresh-pressed apple juice and chilled pineapple perfectly balances the peppery notes of the rocket and fragrant mint. Macadamia nuts provide a silky, buttery texture that makes this drink feel indulgent while remaining entirely plant-based and dairy-free.
Packed with healthy fats from the nuts and fibre from the chia or flax seeds, this nutrient-dense vegan recipe is an excellent choice for a light breakfast or a restorative afternoon pick-me-up. The subtle addition of sea salt enhances the tropical fruit flavours, resulting in a perfectly balanced, vibrant green smoothie that is as nourishing as it is delicious to drink.
