Radishes with Herbed Salt and Olive Oil

These radishes with herbed salt and olive oil offer a sophisticated and refreshing start to any meal. This plant-based dish celebrates the peppery crunch of fresh radishes, elevated by a fragrant blend of garden herbs, zesty lemon and coarse sea salt. By dipping the vegetables first into a high-quality extra-virgin olive oil and then into the seasoning, you create a simple yet vibrant snack that perfectly balances earthy and bright citrus flavours.

Ideal as a healthy vegan appetiser or an elegant addition to a summer's day garden party, this recipe requires minimal preparation. It is a wonderful way to use seasonal spring produce and provides a lighter, more nutritious alternative to traditional dips. Serve these colourful radishes on a large wooden platter to make a beautiful, rustic centrepiece for guests to share.
