This vibrant carrot, turmeric, and ginger smoothie is a refreshing way to start your morning. Combining the earthy sweetness of fresh carrots with tropical frozen mango and hydrating coconut water, this vegan drink offers a sophisticated balance of flavours. The addition of zesty ginger and turmeric provides a gentle warmth, while a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper adds a clean, subtle kick that cuts through the citrus notes of the orange.
Packed with plant-based nutrients and heart-healthy hemp seeds, this nourishing blend is perfect for those seeking a quick, healthy breakfast or a revitalising post-workout boost. Using frozen fruit ensures a thick, frappe-like texture without the need for dairy, making it an excellent choice for a dairy-free or vegan diet.
