These golden raisin oat bran muffins are a wholesome addition to your breakfast table, offering a wonderful balance of nutty texture and natural sweetness. The combination of fibre-rich oat bran and plump golden raisins creates a moist, satisfying bake that feels both nourishing and indulgent. A hint of cinnamon provides a gentle warmth, making these a comforting choice for a slow weekend morning or a quick grab-and-go snack.
As a vegetarian-friendly bake, these muffins rely on buttermilk and honey for their tender crumb and floral depth of flavour. They are incredibly easy to prepare in under thirty minutes, making them ideal for home cooks looking for a healthier alternative to shop-bought pastries. Serve them warm with a little salted butter or enjoy them alongside a pot of tea for a nutritious afternoon lift.
