These honey-spiced almonds offer a sophisticated balance of sweetness and warmth, making them an ideal vegetarian snack for any occasion. The combination of fragrant cumin, smoked paprika and a hint of cayenne pepper provides a deep, savoury flavour that perfectly complements the golden honey glaze. Toasted sesame seeds add an extra layer of crunch and nuttiness, elevating this simple pantry staple into something truly special for your guests to enjoy.
Ideal for autumn gatherings or as a homemade gift, this protein-rich snack is incredibly versatile. These nuts are wonderful served alongside a glass of chilled wine or as part of a festive grazing board. Because they are baked at a low temperature, the spices toast gently without burning, ensuring a mellow heat and a crisp finish that keeps well in an airtight container for several days.
