Miso-Tofu Ranch Dip

This creamy miso tofu ranch dip offers a sophisticated, savoury twist on the classic American dressing. By blending silken tofu with white miso, you create a rich, umami-heavy base that perfectly complements the tangy soured cream. Fresh chives and flat-leaf parsley provide a bright, herbal lift, making it a versatile addition to any grazing board or a healthy afternoon snack.

As a vegetarian-friendly option, this dip is naturally lighter than traditional mayonnaise-based versions while remaining incredibly satisfying. It is an excellent choice for prepare-ahead entertaining, as the flavours develop beautifully after a few hours in the fridge. Serve it with crunchy raw vegetables, such as radishes, cucumber batons, or baby carrots, for a refreshing and nutritious appetiser.
