Cora Health – West London Clinic

I booked a colonoscopy with sedation at Cora Health. Less than 20 hours beforehand, I was told sedation hadn’t been delivered and the procedure was cancelled. I had already started the five-day diet and taken the first dose. The conflicting explanations (lack of consultant vs. missing medication) left me confused and distressed. All my preparations—transport and time off work—were wasted. I experienced physical discomfort from the prep and increased anxiety from the delay. I await their formal response and resolution.
