Crab, Mango, and Avocado Salad with Citrus Dressing

This vibrant crab, mango, and avocado salad is a sophisticated choice for a light lunch or an elegant starter. The sweetness of the ripe mango perfectly complements the delicate, salty flavour of the fresh lump crabmeat, while the avocado adds a rich, buttery texture. Tossed in a bright citrus and honey dressing, the dish offers a beautiful balance of tropical flavours and fresh British coastal appeal.

As a naturally dairy-free recipe, this salad is an excellent option for those seeking a healthier, high-protein meal without compromising on luxury. Gently marinating the red onion in the dressing softens its bite, ensuring it enhances rather than overpowers the other ingredients. Serve it nestled in crisp lettuce leaves for a refreshing and visually stunning presentation.
