These vibrant pork lettuce hand rolls are a fantastic choice for a light yet satisfying high-protein meal. Combining the aromatic warmth of Chinese five-spice with savoury minced pork and crisp Bibb lettuce, they offer a wonderful contrast of textures and temperatures. The addition of fresh, julienned cucumber and shredded carrot provides a bright crunch that balances the rich, caramelised flavours of the meat perfectly.
Ideal for a quick weeknight dinner or a healthy lunchtime option, this recipe is low in carbohydrates but packed with flavour. The zesty lime and soy dressing adds a refreshing citrus lift, making these wraps feel incredibly fresh. For the best experience, serve the components in the centre of the table so everyone can assemble their own hand rolls.
