Quick Paella

This quick paella offers a vibrant, fuss-free version of the Spanish classic, perfect for a nutritious midweek meal. By using a pre-seasoned saffron rice base, you can achieve deep, authentic flavours without the lengthy prep time. The combination of smoky chorizo and sweet roasted peppers creates a savoury depth that perfectly complements the tender prawns and earthy artichoke hearts.

As a high-protein dish, this recipe is as nourishing as it is satisfying, making it an excellent choice for a post-workout dinner or a healthy family feast. Everything is cooked in one large frying pan, keeping the washing up to a minimum. Serve it straight from the pan with a few wedges of fresh lemon and a side of crisp salad for a complete Mediterranean-inspired experience.
