Roast Beef Tenderloin with Wasabi-Garlic Cream

This roast beef tenderloin with wasabi-garlic cream offers a sophisticated twist on the classic Sunday roast. The tenderloin is prized for its lean, buttery texture, which pairs beautifully with the sharp, aromatic heat of the wasabi-infused sauce. By reducing the double cream with garlic, you create a velvety base that cuts through the richness of the meat, while a simple salt and sugar rub ensures a perfectly seasoned, caramelised crust.

As a high-protein main course, this dish is an excellent choice for those seeking a nutritious yet indulgent meal. It is incredibly simple to prepare, making it a reliable option for elegant entertaining or a special family weekend dinner. Serve the sliced beef with steamed seasonal greens or roasted root vegetables to complete this impressive homemade feast.
