This honey and mustard glazed salmon is a versatile high-protein dish that balances sweet and savoury notes beautifully. The combination of coarse wholegrain mustard and mild honey creates a thick, flavourful crust, while a hint of crushed caraway seeds adds an aromatic depth that perfectly complements the rich oils of the fish. It is an excellent choice for a nutritious dinner that feels sophisticated yet requires minimal preparation.
Ideal for a quick midweek meal or a light weekend lunch, this recipe is packed with omega-3 fatty acids and high-quality protein. Serve the succulent fillet alongside steamed seasonal greens, such as tenderstem broccoli or asparagus, and some herby crushed new potatoes. The gentle acidity from the cider vinegar ensures the glaze remains bright, making it a reliable favourite for healthy home cooking.
