Spaghetti with Tuna, Tomatoes, and Olives

This vibrant tuna, tomato and olive spaghetti is a perfect example of how high-quality shop-bought staples can be transformed into a fresh, nutritious meal. Using olive oil-packed tuna provides a richer flavour and more succulent texture than brine-based varieties, pairing beautifully with the natural sweetness of Sun Gold cherry tomatoes and the salty punch of torn black olives. It is a light yet deeply satisfying dish that celebrates simple Mediterranean ingredients.

As a high-protein dinner option, this recipe is ideal for busy weeknights when you want something healthy without spending hours in the kitchen. The heat from the freshly cooked pasta slightly softens the tomatoes to create a delicate, natural sauce. Serve it in the centre of the table with an extra squeeze of lemon for a bright, zesty finish that the whole family will enjoy.
