Turkey Wraps with Curry-Chutney Mayonnaise and Peanuts

These vibrant turkey wraps offer a modern, high-protein twist on traditional coronation flavours. By combining succulent diced turkey with a zingy Madras-style curry mayonnaise and sweet mango chutney, you create a satisfying lunch that is both fresh and filling. The addition of salted peanuts provides an essential crunch, while the coriander and crisp coleslaw mix add a bright, herbaceous lift to every bite.

Perfect for a quick midweek meal or a nutritious packed lunch, this recipe is an excellent way to use up leftover roast turkey or chicken. The spinach tortillas add a lovely splash of colour, but plain flour versions work just as well. Serve these wraps on their own or with a light side salad for a balanced, flavourful meal that feels much more indulgent than your average sandwich.
