Spicy Roasted Cauliflower with Sriracha and Sesame

This vibrant spicy roasted cauliflower brings a bold punch of heat and umami to your dinner table. By roasting the florets at a high temperature, the natural sugars in the vegetable caramelise, creating crispy edges that perfectly catch the sriracha and sesame glaze. It is a fantastic way to elevate a simple cauliflower into a stand-out dish that feels both indulgent and nourishing.

As a versatile vegan side dish, these florets pair beautifully with fluffy jasmine rice or as a zesty filling for soft tacos. The combination of ginger-spiced sriracha and toasted sesame oil provides a sophisticated depth of flavour that appeals to plant-based eaters and meat-lovers alike. It is a quick, healthy traybake that is ideal for busy weeknights when you want maximum flavour with minimal effort.
