  • 120 ml apple cider vinegar

  • 90 ml peach nectar or juice

  • 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil

  • 30 ml vinegar-based hot sauce

  • 2.5 g crushed red pepper flakes

  • 2.5 g garlic powder

  • 2.5 g kosher salt

  • 0.5 g cayenne pepper

  • 0.25 g freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 large head of cabbage, thinly sliced

How to make Sweet and spicy slaw

  1. Whisk together the vinegar, peach nectar, oil, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, cayenne, and black pepper in a large bowl until well combined.

  2. Add the cabbage and toss until it is completely coated in the dressing.
