TERF1 interacting nuclear factor 2

La TINF2 gene provides instructions for making part of the shelterin protein complex. This complex consists of a group of proteins that work together to help maintain structures known as telomeres, which are found at the ends of chromosomes. Telomeres help protect chromosomes from abnormally sticking together or breaking down (degrading).

Normal function

La TINF2 gene provides instructions for making part of the shelterin protein complex. This complex consists of a group of proteins that work together to help maintain structures known as telomeres, which are found at the ends of chromosomes. Telomeres help protect chromosomes from abnormally sticking together or breaking down (degrading).

The shelterin complex helps protect telomeres from the cell's DNA repair process. Without the protection of shelterin, the repair mechanism would sense the chromosome ends as abnormal breaks in the DNA sequence and either attempt to join the ends together or initiate cellular self-destruction (apoptosis).

Puis-je prendre Atorvastatine et Éplérénone ensemble ?

It is generally safe to take these two medications together. Why this happens Atorvastatin is a cholesterol-lowering medicine (statin) and eplerenone is a potassium-sparing diuretic (water pill). They are processed by the body using different pathways and do not interfere with how the other works. Disclaimer This information is for general.

Trait drépanocytaire

If you inherit a gene from one of your parents, called a sickle cell gene, you have a condition called sickle cell trait. If you inherit a sickle cell gene from both parents, you get a double dose of the sickle cell gene. This causes a condition called sickle cell disease (SCD). What is sickle cell trait. Sickle cell trait means having one gene.

Rybelsus is a GLP-1 receptor agonist used for blood sugar control. While Rybelsus slows down how quickly the stomach empties, it has not been shown to significantly change how the body absorbs or processes.
