As a high-protein appetiser, this dish is as practical as it is delicious. The breadsticks can be assembled up to two hours in advance, making them an ideal choice for stress-free entertaining. Serve these stylish grissini in a tall glass to showcase the vibrant green rocket and delicate ham, providing a light yet satisfying start to any Mediterranean-inspired meal.
