This ultimate hydrating iced tea is a revitalising vegan drink designed to replenish and restore throughout the day. Unlike standard iced teas that can become watery, this clever version uses frozen green tea cubes to ensure the flavour remains crisp and undiluted as they melt. Combining the natural sweetness of grapes and honey with the cooling notes of cucumber and fresh mint, it offers a sophisticated balance of flavours that is perfect for warm afternoons or as a refined non-alcoholic summer option.
Packed with nutrient-dense ingredients like chia seeds and mineral-rich coconut water, this hydrating beverage is as functional as it is delicious. The addition of aloe vera juice provides a gentle soothing quality, while the chia seeds add a unique texture and plant-based boost. It is a brilliant homemade alternative to shop-bought soft drinks, offering a clean, zesty way to stay refreshed.
