Ingredients for Feta Snack with Spring Radishes

  • 230g goat's milk feta, preferably in brine

  • 60 to 120ml buttermilk

  • 1/2 teaspoons flaky sea salt

  • 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

  • Extra virgin olive oil for finishing

  • Radishes and other vegetables for dipping
