This elegant goat's cheese pizza offers a sophisticated twist on a classic vegetarian favourite. The combination of juicy, roasted grapes and creamy goat’s cheese creates a wonderful balance of sweet and savoury flavours, while fresh rosemary adds a fragrant, earthy depth. It is a fantastic option for a quick midweek meal or a stylish weekend lunch that feels a little more special than your average shop-bought margherita.
Using ready-made dough ensures this recipe is accessible and fast to prepare, making it a reliable choice for entertaining friends. The pizzas can be cooked in a conventional oven or finished on a barbecue for a subtle smoky note. Serve these thin and crispy flatbreads alongside a crisp green salad and a glass of chilled white wine for a light yet satisfying meal.

1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary
45ml extra-virgin olive oil
450g store-bought pizza dough
230g soft goat cheese
How to make Goat-Cheese Pizza
Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium, or the oven to 232°C.
Toss together the grapes, rosemary, and 1 tablespoon of the olive oil; set aside.
Divide the dough into thirds and stretch each portion into a 10-inch circle.
Place the rounds on the grill or in the oven until cooked through, about 6 minutes, flipping each halfway through if using a grill.
Distribute the grapes, spoonfuls of the goat cheese, and the remaining olive oil on the pizzas.
Cover the grill (if using) and heat until the cheese begins to melt, about 5 minutes.
