There is no known interaction between anastrozole and omeprazole. It is generally considered safe to take these two medications together.

Why this happens
Anastrozole does not require a specific stomach acid level to be absorbed properly, so the acid-reducing effects of omeprazole do not interfere with it. Furthermore, these drugs are processed by different pathways in the liver, meaning they do not compete with or affect each other's metabolism.
What you should do
