Green Mango Salad

This vibrant green mango salad is a refreshing celebration of Thai-inspired flavours, balancing heat, acidity, and a delicate sweetness. Using crisp, unripened fruit provides a unique texture and sharp profile that contrasts beautifully with the aromatic mint and coriander. It is an exceptionally bright dish that works perfectly as a light lunch or a sophisticated side to grilled seafood and poultry.

As a naturally dairy-free recipe, it is a brilliant option for those seeking a healthy and fragrant meal that doesn't compromise on impact. The combination of crunchy roasted peanuts and toasted sesame seeds adds a wonderful depth, while the punchy chilli and lime dressing brings every element to life. Serve this salad immediately to enjoy the maximum crunch and freshness of the julienned mango.
