Honey-Mustard Chicken-Sausage Kebabs

These honey-mustard chicken sausage kebabs are a fantastic addition to any summer barbecue. Using mini peppers adds a vibrant pop of colour and a mild sweetness that complements the seasoned chicken perfectly.

As a delicious dairy-free option, this recipe is ideal for stress-free outdoor entertaining or a quick midweek meal. The skewers can be assembled in advance and kept in the fridge until you are ready to grill. Serve them alongside a crisp green salad or some lightly charred flatbreads for a complete and satisfying alfresco lunch that takes less than ten minutes to cook.
