Miso Clam Chowder

This miso clam chowder offers a sophisticated twist on the classic coastal favourite, blending traditional seafood flavours with the depth of fermented soy paste. The addition of white miso provides a rich, savoury undertone that perfectly complements the salty pancetta and sweet, fresh clams. Each spoonful is thick, creamy and deeply satisfying, making it a wonderful choice for those who enjoy a modern take on a hearty seafood stew.

As a dairy-free friendly dish that focuses on high-quality ingredients, this chowder works beautifully as a comforting midweek meal or an impressive starter for a dinner party. The combination of tender potatoes and fresh shellfish creates a balanced texture that feels indulgent yet light enough for any season.
