Spicy Prawns and Vegetable Stir-Fry

This vibrant spicy prawn and vegetable stir-fry is a fantastic option for a quick midweek meal that does not compromise on flavour. High in protein and packed with colourful peppers and crunchy cabbage, the dish is brought together by a savoury glaze made from ginger, garlic, and toasted sesame oil. It is a brilliant way to get plenty of vegetables onto your plate while enjoying the natural sweetness of succulent prawns.

As a dairy-free and low-fat dish, this recipe is ideal for those seeking a lighter dinner that still feels substantial. The combination of sake and soy sauce provides a sophisticated depth to the sauce, while the red pepper flakes offer a gentle heat. Serve it on its own for a low-carb option, or pair it with some steamed jasmine rice or thin rice noodles for a more filling feast.
