This succulent grilled sirloin steak with horseradish cream is a sophisticated yet simple dish that celebrates high-quality beef. The warmth of the grilled steak is perfectly balanced by the cool, sharp tang of the soured cream and horseradish dressing. By using a lean cut of sirloin and grilling instead of frying, you achieve a deep, savoury flavour while keeping the dish light and healthy for a weeknight meal or a weekend treat.
As a diabetes-friendly option, this recipe focuses on high protein and low carbohydrates, making it an excellent choice for those monitoring their blood sugar levels. Serve the steak with a crisp green salad or roasted Mediterranean vegetables for a well-rounded, nutritious dinner. It is a reliable favourite for anyone looking for a satisfying, homemade meal that does not compromise on luxury or flavour.
