Ingredients for My Favourite Chicken Salad

  • 1 roasted chicken

  • 120ml extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 120ml imported black olives

  • 2 tablespoons drained tiny capers

How to make My Favourite Chicken Salad
