These roasted Marcona almonds with smoked paprika offer a sophisticated twist on a classic Mediterranean snack. Known as the 'Queen of Almonds', the Marcona variety is prized for its rounder shape and buttery texture, which pairs beautifully with the earthy heat of pimentón. This heart-healthy recipe uses just a touch of olive oil and flaky sea salt to enhance the natural richness of the nuts without being overly indulgent.
Perfect for serving alongside a glass of chilled sherry or as part of a tapas spread, these savoury nuts are incredibly simple to prepare. Because they can be made up to a week in advance and stored in an airtight container, they are an excellent choice for stress-free hosting or a quick homemade snack.
