These grilled lamb meatballs are a delicious, high-protein take on traditional Middle Eastern flavours. By blending lean minced lamb with soaked bulgur wheat, these patties achieve a wonderful texture that remains juicy during cooking. Infused with aromatic cumin, garlic, and fresh coriander, they offer a fragrant and savoury profile that works beautifully for a midweek meal or a summer barbecue.
Ideal for those seeking a nutritious, satisfying dinner, this recipe is incredibly versatile. You can serve the meatballs tucked into warm pitta bread with a crunchy salad, or alongside a dollop of creamy soured cream or tzatziki. Being naturally high in protein and rich in iron, they are a fantastic option for a healthy homemade feast that the whole family will enjoy.
