This elegant ginger butter prawns dish is a vibrant high-protein meal that celebrates fresh seafood with a sophisticated twist. The combination of aromatic ginger and rich unsalted butter creates a luxurious sauce, while a splash of medium-dry sherry adds a subtle depth of flavour that perfectly complements the sweetness of the prawns. It is a deceptively simple recipe that brings a touch of restaurant-quality dining to your midweek kitchen.
Perfect for a quick supper or an impressive starter, these prawns are best enjoyed with a warm, crusty baguette to soak up the fragrant juices. Serve alongside lightly blanched green beans for a crisp, fresh contrast. High in protein and low in prep time, this dish is an excellent choice for those seeking a nutritious yet indulgent meal that can be on the table in minutes.
