Sticky Sesame Chicken Wings

This recipe for sticky sesame chicken wings delivers a beautiful balance of savoury soy and sweet honey, creating a finger-licking glaze that is difficult to resist. As a high-protein dish, these wings are marinated in a blend of hoisin, garlic, and a hint of cayenne pepper before being roasted to charred perfection. The addition of toasted sesame seeds adds a satisfying crunch and nutty aroma that complements the tender chicken.

Ideal for casual entertaining or a weekend treat, these homemade wings are far more nutritious than deep-fried alternatives. Serve them as a substantial snack or alongside a fresh slaw and steamed rice for a complete meal. The simple preparation makes them a reliable choice for busy weeknights when you want maximum flavour with minimal effort.
