These savoury Parmesan muffins are a delightful alternative to sweet bakes, offering a sophisticated flavour profile of sharp Italian cheese, aromatic rosemary, and a hint of garlic. The use of extra-virgin olive oil ensures a moist, tender crumb, while the golden cheese crust provides a satisfying texture. Perfect for a quick brunch or as a snack between meals, these muffins bring a touch of Mediterranean flair to your kitchen.
This vegetarian recipe is incredibly versatile and serves as a wonderful accompaniment to a bowl of homemade tomato soup or a crisp green salad. Because they are quick to prepare and easy to transport, they are an ideal choice for a work lunchbox or a weekend picnic. Enjoy them warm from the oven for the best flavour and texture.
