This grilled sausage and fig pizza offers a sophisticated twist on a classic high-protein dinner. By cooking the dough directly on the barbecue, you achieve a crisp, smoky crust that perfectly complements the rich flavours of the toppings. The combination of succulent grilled sausages and sweet fresh figs creates a wonderful balance of sweet and savoury, elevated by the distinct tang of soft goat’s cheese and a vibrant pomegranate dressing.

Ideal for outdoor entertaining or a quick midweek meal, this dish transforms shop-bought pizza dough into a gourmet feast. The addition of fresh rocket and red onion provides a peppery crunch, ensuring every bite is full of texture. Serve these pizzas hot from the grill for a nutritious, protein-packed alternative to traditional takeaway options.
