By using lean turkey mince, these savoury bites offer a lighter alternative to traditional beef or pork versions while remaining incredibly juicy and satisfying. The combination of garlic, onion, and a touch of tomato paste creates a rich depth of flavour that pairs beautifully with a simple marinara sauce or a vibrant seasonal salad.
As a versatile high-protein dish, these meatballs are ideal for busy weeknights or as a nutritious option for batch cooking and meal prep. They are gentle on the waistline but packed with the essential nutrients needed for a balanced diet. Serve them over wholewheat spaghetti or tucked into a wholemeal wrap for a quick and comforting family meal that everyone will enjoy.
