Ingredients for Strawberry-rose agua fresca
450 g strawberries, hulled, plus whole strawberries for serving
60 g mint leaves, plus sprigs for serving
30 ml fresh lime juice
30 ml light agave nectar
5 ml rose water (optional)
club soda and lime wheels (for serving)
How to make Strawberry-rose agua fresca
Purée hulled strawberries, mint leaves, lime juice, agave nectar, rose water (if using), and 500 ml cold water in a blender until smooth.
Transfer the purée to an airtight container, cover, and chill in the fridge for about 1 hour until cold.
Skim off any foam from the surface of the purée.
Pour the purée into four 350 ml glasses filled with ice, ensuring the glasses are about two-thirds full.
Top up each glass with soda water and garnish with mint sprigs, lime wheels, and whole strawberries.
