This method is perfect for those new to preserving, as it uses simple pantry ingredients and basic water-bath canning techniques. Whether you are harvesting a glut of garden cucumbers or simply want to stock your larder, these jars provide a healthy, low-calorie way to add a burst of acidity to your favourite meals.
