This vibrant berry, beetroot and mint smoothie is a refreshing way to start your morning or recharge after a workout. The earthy sweetness of the grated beetroot pairs perfectly with the tartness of frozen blackberries and blueberries, while fresh mint and lime provide a zesty, uplifting finish. It is a visually stunning drink that feels like a real treat for the senses, offering a bright balance of flavours.
As a dairy-free and vegan-friendly option, this nutrient-dense smoothie uses almond milk and chia seeds to create a satisfyingly thick texture. The addition of ground chia seeds provides a subtle boost of fibre, making it a wholesome choice for those seeking a quick, healthy breakfast.
